What are your store hours?
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm, Saturday 9am - 3pm
What is your cut off time for next day Delivery?
Our cut off time for next day delivery on our trucks is 2pm. Please call 905-574-9090 or email sales@gtfrench.ca for information on 3rd party carrier delivery.
Do you offer a same day pick up?
We try our best to accommodate our customer's requests. We generally ask that we are given a 3 hour window for same day pick up.
How can I place orders?
We can take orders by phone, email, fax or through or e-commerce site.
Is there an extra charge for pick up orders?
At this time, there are no extra charges for preparing an order for pick up ahead of time.
Are all your products located in your stores?
We do not have every single product that we carry in each of our outlets. We do make regular transfers to our Outlets and can have product sent from our distribution centre to your Outlet of choice and call you when it's in stock.
Do you offer curbside pick up?
Yes we can accommodate curbside pick up.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver all over Southern Ontario from Barrie to Port Dover, Windsor to Niagara Falls. Our trucks deliver in the GTHA. Anything outside of that typically is shipped by 3rd party carrier.

I'm trying to place an order online and it won't go through.
If you are trying to place your order and nothing happens when you click the button, it is likely that you have not filled out the Purchase Order Number field on the checkout page is required. If you do not use po numbers, you can enter your name in this field.
Am I able to download a previous invoice with my online login?
No, if you require a copy of a previous invoice, please email our Accounting department at receivable@gtfrench.ca
